RAUL PLAYING GAME is a short comedic film (and proof-of-concept for a TV series) blending live action with animation, about a closeted bisexual man who accidentally schedules a date with a man and a woman at the same place at the same time. Raul's thought process is presented as two animated characters that represent the extremes of his personality, and 'play' Raul as if he's a role playing video game. It’s like Pixar’s INSIDE OUT… but for adults!

The project was chosen for the 2022 LALIFF Inclusion Fellowship, which culminated in the creation of a short film version of the film that premiered in Hollywood in June, 2022.
